Convert it, then put it on this site. Then tape the bars, pull back the seat, and shorten the cable for the front brake which is all you’ll need. I like everything else though such as the raw look, the stem, the fork and the wheels.

I find it strangely fascinating.! I would love to see some close ups of the frame and parts. The seatpost/saddle looks like a TT/triathlon setup. It looks a bit wonky but not necessarily a fail..
why would the “after” photo fail?…this photo is like 500k at max. Looks like he thought just putting a set of deep-v rims and fancy new fork qualified…wrong

Not a single speed, so it deserves no praise on this site. Your saddle wouldn’t have to be so forward if you knew how high your seat post should be.
