ha! and I noticed it actually grips, not tape. gross, thats all i can say. its a shame cause the rest is like-able… some black leather tape would make that bike look a lot more mean, for sure.

great for jetting around the city when you don’t use the drops as often. I like riding up top, but still dig the drops. better than nothing, pulled the grips off some other bars I had lying around. also more comfortable than bar tape.

gre666,may I suggest hockey stick/sports tape for the bottom half of the drops.Slick bars are bad and the teeth you save may be your own. Ya the grips cushion good if the vibration on top bother you but bave to have a secure grip in the drop ’cause thats when you’re going fastest.Tape is cheap,light and grippy.ya,rest is likable .enjoy

I have the same grip set up on my drops but I cut the big end off the grips. The ourys are super cushy and I found this set up very comfortable..way more so than bar tape. I never slipped off the bare bar. I was actually surprised by the amount of grip I had on them. Anyway I guess some people get really sweaty hands or maybe some people sweat crisco.
