Hi, I’m Andy from Manhattan Beach, CA. This is my custom Mercier inspired by the South Bay Strand where I do most of my riding.
Noteworthy components: Mercier cro-mo frameset, Velocity celeste Deep V’s, Miche Supertype seatpost, Nitto Deluxe stem, Milwaukee cogs & lockrings.

i like the white with gold going on.
i could even possibly be into the celeste deep Vs if they didn’t have the velocity stickers on them…
the dark blue saddle is way off and looks out of place.
are those brown tires and spokes? just seems like you are trying to do too much aesthetically….white and gold, cool. white, gold, celeste…hmmm ok. white gold celeste and brown?
i think it could be made to work but the blue saddle pushes it over the edge. i could see the decision to get brown ourys but its too tan a brown and dosn’t look right.
i would suggest dark brown brooks saddle with matching leather grips. would work in the brown in a real classy way. gold miche supertype with dark brown brooks would be super classy.
just my 2cents

Hi ill d, the blue saddle is going to go… it’s just been a temporary solution I had on hand, and brown Brooks is exactly what I had in mind, so thanks for the 2nd opinion!

Agree, cut bars, black grips, black saddle. White, gold, brown, and celeste will seem too much IMO.
