What’s up with the “add a brake” comments all the time. Let’s assume that we’re all old and wise enough to make that decision ourselves.

Looks like quite a gear ratio, what are you running?

Peter,conversions do need a brake. Skid stops put lots of pressure on rear axle and they can pop out of conversions. Ask how I learned. Other than that,nice cruiser.enjoy

@Sloman Yes, same experience here. When one wants to use skid stops a track hub & lockring is mandatory. This is a charge dish wheelset, so should be fine. They got Formula hubs.

Looks clean and nice. Sweet conversion, but for fucks sake add a brake. If you have that kind of ration I would assume you like to go fast. Stoping would be nice, and will be harder with a ration like that if you dont have a brake on it.
