Nice long Wheelbase, no worry about toe overlap for the U turns. Looks good to me in a true Vintage way. Thanks

Dig the dramatic curve in these 70’s forks.

Thanks for the comments. I love this bike and the way it rides on Milwaukee’s rough roads and pathways. This one is definitely my fav. I wanted to stay away from the white groupo look, and I wasnt sure how it would go over w/ out the deep v neon super trendy look(but thats not me). CHEERS

I have the same colors including the Chromed fork on my 81 Raleigh Sup Record (made in Japan) and did the same with chomed rims and black /gumwall tires for the retro look and it is also my favorite for good weather only (most bucks per kilogram/kilometer) I used the 630 mm. rims to stay true to calipers and original specs.

Nice commuter. Looks really clean. I don’t usually like skin wall tires because the sides go out faster than all rubber tires, but damn they look good on this bike! I’ll be interested in seeing the marathon when you post it. My touring bike is an old marathon and I love that thing to death.
