Get a black Brooks or just get a gel saddle, big deal. Assuming this is a Bowery, I'm surprised how well it turned out, except for the nasty stock crank (it's short but so so chintzy). And I get that you wanted double brakes to make those bar end handles work visually but come on, they're double brakes. Am I the only one not overly concerned with the seat? B 72 antique and a new B 17 I like the feel of the suspension leater. My Terry Liberator is not nearly as comfy. Some of the new components esp. the brakes on this bike look weird to me as a classic old time loving old dude. But if they work better mix it up with the Brooks saddle. Butts have not changed as much as brakes! my V brake on the new fork of my Raleigh Twenty stops like quick compared to the old caliper on orig. steel wheel. Thanks and keep the Brooks get a swallow design with the big copper rivets if you can handle the price. I also have a few Brooks saddles.
