This is a decent build from what I can tell. I would switch from peach wheels to black or white though and add a brake if you’re riding on the street.

Riding in the streets on a pursuit bike with no brakes or cages says Skeeter is either one fearless, super-cycling bad ass, or (very possibly) the first inept, fixie-riding hipster. As for his choice of helmet and color-scheme, they’re fully period appropriate (1991-1994) and I dig it.

I’d like to see someone build a replica of Skeeter’s bike. And then I’d like to take it out for a spin…with cages.

I think I saw this bike in the SF Mission district yesterday. Skeeter doesn’t look nearly as blue in person.

Otherwise sick build. Nice bike color and T-shirt matching, a team Nick perhaps?

I like how any aerodynamic advantage he would have would be totally negated and then some by his outfit. He fits right in with all of the hipsters

I wore Jack Purcells in 1963 did not think anyone younger heard of them. Addidas was a big name in the 60′s also made in Germany in those days. what about Ked’s ?
