Each piece on this bike is either stock or chosen for it's price and style. THe bike was built for (and won) a bike building competition with a one hundred fifty dollar budget. I would've loved to get some Promenade bars or a real Brooks but unfortunately, just those two items alone would significantly break the budget. The wheels are stock from the 1940's.
