Reminds me of a bike from yesteryear. Love the custom parts on an old frame. The bike speaks to the kind of form and function that blends art and desire into one voice.
Great work!
I wasn’t trying to call you a hipster. I just think its amazing that anyone would not think this bike looks awesome, including the most extreme circumstance.
If you said something about how you were sad and I said ‘you sound sadder than a broke dick dog’ would you assume that I was calling you a broke dick dog?
that translation was awesome dude ^^
thanks for the apology! sorry for beein rude!
i know this bike is individual. my respect for that!
( is still dont like it) xD
Ha, that translation was thanks to a widget so I still don’t know exactly what you were meaning.
No problem. I went back and read what I wrote and could understand where you were coming from.
As someone who has a very strong opinion on bikes, I can relate to your opinion even though I can’t agree.
i just cant stand people boasting about a “$128.000 Bike Build “…
if it didnt say that, maybe i would have looked at this bike some other way.
sorry for my bad enlisch btw. hope you undestand what i mean ^^
Jason, that’s a very clever & very pretty build. I’m impressed with your frugal yet very effective approach. I like it a lot. I read the build write-up and there are some ideas in there I shall definitely take on board when building my own bike. Well done!
Interesting bike but how do you stop this machine? Looks like a chain tensioner/ so can’t be true fixie? Cool front rack and the saddle will throw you if you jump a curb. I like the headlight. Is it battery job or dynamo? Attractive chainwheel. Thanks Eduard reading more than riding this winter.
I love this bike, even if it’s pricetag is a little ostentaciously presented. The saddle, the bars, headlight, steerer tube mounted horn, that awesome rack, it’s all great. And that’s coming from a snob.

Did you either put a period instead of a comma and its a 128 dollar build or is it a 128,000 dollar bike?
November 11th, 2009 @5:46 am
sucks..
November 11th, 2009 @8:43 pm
Sucks?! A bike as unique as this? Even a hipster with no unique thought at all would still like this bike!
November 12th, 2009 @5:06 am

But is he saying it cost him one hundred twenty eight thousand dollars or just one hundred twenty eight dollars? That’s what I’m wondering.
November 12th, 2009 @3:17 pm
yeah! it really cant be 128 thousand..
November 12th, 2009 @4:11 pm
yeah. i’m turned off by the dollar sign. wtf does that have to do with the bike?
November 12th, 2009 @4:13 pm
If its 128 dollars I’m amazed just by the saddle alone for that price!
November 20th, 2009 @2:22 pm
Lol… Sorry guys. There is an extra “0″ in there. The bike was build for a total of One Hundred Twenty Eight Dollars. Here is a link for the build info:
