This is a RiGi Bici Corta.
It is a bit weird since it has had braceons for gears, but it has the geometry of the track version, and it has trackends that look original.
It has very steep angles (around 80 degrees) and is very short, it’s really funny on short rides in the city.
Normally I’d run with drops, but the frame is a bit too small for me, and the risers work fine with it’s hooligan-handling
Since the photo was taken the saddle has been replaced by a stripped Flite, and the cranks have been replaced by more oldskool-looking Stronglight trackcranks.

I’ve seen one of these before…I think. The seat tube(s) are really cool…the way the tire goes between them. Dig it.

Badass frame. Glad to hear you changed the seat and crank but I’d look for some nos grips instead of ourys.

shame you can’t use the drops.they must look awesome.maybe a longer stem.enjoy

Cool Blue tyres but chrome drops naked would look better and with a silver stem. Thanks nice track bike, is it old or newer?

PS: where’s CS?

You don’t see seat tubes like that very often. Does it feel like having the rear wheel that much closer to the center of the bike changes the ride at all? Cool looking frame.

The bike handles really fast, it’s very short (about 7-8cm shorter between the axels than my Planet X Stealth Carbon Track.
The steep angles on the seat and headtubes make it a pretty harsh ride though, and it gets annoying having your bottom almost straight above the cranks on longer rides..
I have ridden it to work a few times, a distance of about 10 miles, thats about the longest distance I’d ride it.
Luftmensh; I kind of like how the bike looks with risers, but I don’t really like the Oury’s either, so I might look for something a little less modern looking. But I think I’ll use the same color though, kind of like the blue tires and blue grips look
About handlebars, since the bike has a really not very useful or practical design (Mr. RiGi was a furniture designer, he didn’t know much about bikes it seems) it’s not really realistic to want to ride the bike for any reason other than fun, so risers fit in just fine..
Thanks for the comments

Yes I am. work has slowed to ‘not completely balls to the wall crazy’ which allows for a bit more surf time.

Beautiful! I gave it a 9 for lack of track drops, though I understand the plight of drops on a smaller, very compact frame. Post an update with the new components, I’d love to see it!
