Hello everybody,
My name is Gabriel Vereczkei, I live in Media, PA., which is about 20 minutes south of Philadelphia. I have been building bikes for about 3 years, mostly single speed conversions, recently started converting and building fixed gear bikes. This is a 58cm RALEIGH frame, NITTO stem, SAKAE OLYMPIC handlebar and SAKAE seat post. Brand new black CINELLI handlebar tape. Brand new black and yellow custom chain. Brand new black VETTA racing saddle. SUNTOUR crank and chain-ring. Brand new SURLEY cog and lock-ring. Brand new black MKS pedals with black toe-clips. Brand new black 700c WEINMANN DP 18 rims, black 14g DT SWISS spokes and black FORMULA sealed bearings bolt-on flip-flop rear hub and bolt-on front hub. Brand new black 700c BONTRAGER tires and BONTRAGER tubes. I hope you like it. I hope to build and convert a lot more in the coming years. If you want to know more about this particular bike or if you wish to send me an email, send it to gabrielvereczkei@yahoo.com. Thank you.

nothing wrong with conversions… the problem is that it’s “another Gabe…”

I like it, and there really is nothing wrong with a conversion.

It’s a yellow Raleigh with bland black parts. If it had a NOS saddle, a brake, and some silver mavics or sun rims it’d look pretty rad. But as it is, it’s a gabe, which has become synonymous with generic.
