You went about this entirely the wrong way. This is a great vintage funny frame with standout color, so what you don’t do is add parts which draw attention away from that. Silver parts only. Get some modest silver rims, preferably both
700c if it can fit on the front, remove the rear brake, ditch the yellow chain and green chainring, and get a silver seatpost and decent looking NOS saddle, i’d probably
do white. Otherwise this will never reach it’s full potential,
and right now that’s obvious.

ill have to agree with luftmensh, on pretty much everything.
white fork with 700c wheel, all silver components (or white), white saddle, get some bar tape. thats what i would do with such a cool/funky frame.
