Nice frame. Self made saddle and seat post are a single unit? Self made, presumably not at hone in the oven

how does it feel knowing your hands are stained with the paint of a classic?
April 26th, 2011 @5:33 pm
Still unsure why you destroyed the paint job on the frame..

I have 2 old vintage racer from end of the 70´s or early 80´s (VICINI & COLOMBO) that I rebuilt in its original condition and the trouble I’m did not a third time! It took 2 years.
(these 2 old road bikes are for sale, they are also partly chromed, maybe someone is interested)
I love chromed steel frames, because my first bike ever was on complete chromed HARO Freestyler BMX from 1982. This was one of the coolest bikes ever for me and since then chromed bikes for me the most beautiful!
But the most important thing for me is that my bike has my own style and that should also be seen! One thing is for sure when I’m traveling with the bike, all eyes on me! ;o)
YES, that´s what i want. A DIRTY BITCH PORN looks bike with no apparent brakes!
NO FEAR, FIXED GEAR!

Nice 531 frame. I can’t figure out or see the saddle very well but it resembles a shoe horn from what I can make out in the darkness of the photo.

Holy crap!I had that exact bike back in the 80′s(original pic)
I actually like the bike sept for the syncros stem and the homemade seat & post (not hateing on either of those btw)just not on this build, chrome or polished alloy stem & seat post would look the goods,oh and get an MX anodized red front caliper and 2finger pull lever,I remember scoreing some red ano wheels like these(well in the 80′s)and I thought I was shit, the mut’s nut’s the bomb diggerdy, anyway I now cannot find any oldskool ano wheels anywhere (in NZ)
on a sidenote PUCH made a 5speed chopper bike to rival raliegh choppers,it was called the panther and I am sure it was purple,it was way better than the raliegh,if any of the euro guys on here can help me find a pic I would be grateful,I was 6-7 yrs old so we talkin around 1977-78,all I know is it was puch and called panther but I cant find anything on the net about them, cheers

WOW! YES i had bought an MX 2finger pull lever, red anodized from BMX in the 80´s @ebay!
I am now searching for a red anodized MX REAR caliper!
But now I am so used to drive brake less and it is so funny, that I do not know if I will install another brake.
NO BRAKES, NO FEAR, FIXED GEAR

@ RyanB:
In Germany or maybe EU, these bikes are called “Bonanzarad”. Perhaps that is the reason, that you do not find something.
The only PUCH Bonanza i can find is here: bonanzarad.wordpress.com
Puch High Riser, yellow
brand: Puch (Österreich 1972)
typ: High Riser
gear shift: 3G-Sachs Speed Shift
