“Raiser bars”?

Great budget build. Whatever the bar is looks good.

Riser ,razor, raisor whatever those bars are hideous and the brake setup worse. All leading up to that turd of a seat. Would have made a sweet restoration with a set of drops and a Sella.Bad convertion. Foot straps would be good either way.

wow, this bike is ugly. Original paint looked waaay better than crap brown, hate the dumpy seat, hate both bar styles, rims look too small for frame, chainring is ridiculously huge for most applications and red hubs are just icing on this shitcake

Sella Italia saddle. It’s a bad “conversion”(IMO). My bad typing again.

*Selle Italia. I was confused for a bit and thought that another saddle company with a similar name existed.

I too have a Motobecane and will also agree the seat on yours is horrible. Mine had the same type of two piece seat post and I had to trash it. I think you could save a quarter pound with a 20 dollar modern seat post and a 20 dollar seat. The bike would also look a lot more svelte. The bars look weird too but other than that the bike looks great.
