If you’re into yellow I’d say continue the trend by throwing a matching yellow wheel on front, a yellow Selle Italia Turbo (or other NOS saddle) and some yellow Ourys. Now that’d be truly sick. Diggin it so far.

I don’t get the chopped bars. I mean, I understand their origin, messengers needing to squeeze between cars, but as far as I know I’ve never known, seen, or heard about actual messengers outside of NYC, or any rider mentioning, “Man I could really use a pair of narrow bars to fit between that traffic ya know?” The turning radius and control of the bike has to be exponentially reduced with little bars. Anyway, hope they work for you. Cheers.

As far as narrow bars, lots of drops are 38 cm. Plenty of torque to turn unless your ride has been in the river for more than a year. My cut 38’s are plenty for the Raleigh.

Luftie;Chris could be of the female species. Thier shoulder width is generally slightly narrower than us gents and so too were the handlebars made for them. This may no longer be the case with standardised machinery ect. Maybe Chris would like to clarify the situation and join in with the rest of us loonies.
