November 20th, 2009 @10:55 am

Is everyone high? What’s gayer than pink, slack chain, egg beaters, and double brakes, one of which is disc? That’s why you rate at less than 4.
December 9th, 2009 @5:47 am
the bike looks like shit!
December 9th, 2009 @5:25 pm
*sigh*
luft, you really don’t know shit about bikes do you? Do you even OWN a bike? I know you didn’t put one together yourself. You probably think a cone wrench is for ice cream.
1. Only a hillbilly homophobic homo would think that pink makes something automatically gay.
2. eggbeaters are the $h!t. We can’t all be ridding around in toe clips.
3. They are both disc brakes
4. This is a SINGLE SPEED MOUNTAIN BIKE! (hence the eggbeaters and “dual” disc brakes) and a decent one at that.
only an idiot like Luftmensh would think about riding a single speed mountain bike with no brakes and toe clips.

1. I think and I could be wrong, but I think he is referencing hip hop artist Cam’ron who was know for wearing pink (at one point owning a pink Range Rover). He was also credited with popularizing the phrase “No Homo”.
2. How could you be a cycling enthusiast and think pink on a bike is a sign of homosexuality, I’m saying remember T-Mobile they were beasts.
3. This bike is fresh and so are eggbeaters

The fact that you defend your sexuality isn’t convincing. And the ridiculous, embarassing nature of your bubblegum mountain bike saddens me.

luft there is nothing wrong w/ being gay its cool come out of the closet

Kumai, go fuck yourself. Obviously my comments about gay and pink are an exaggeration to further my point that the color pink is atrocious on this bike. Secondly, where in the blurry photo or specs does it say it’s single speed? Exactly. I’ve seen plenty of jackasses riding fixed with front and rear and sometimes disc brakes and this doesn’t seem to be exempt. I’ll have you know I’ve built plenty of bikes, none of which resemble anything as horrid as the Pista I’m sure your father bought you for Christmas. So why don’t you throw the crank puller between your legs, and after threading drivers clockwise, use a hex wrench to rotate counter clockwise and remove your head from up your ass.

Luftmensh gets a 10 for creative writing and ng for photo submission. These comments are better than a Sunday Cartoon. Thanks guys ! and I hate pink except down under.

i dont get why people make mtn bikes fixed gear, its weird
March 12th, 2010 @6:51 pm
And basically pointless. Who puts disc brakes on a fixed gear anyway? Man up. A front rim brake is one thing. Double brakes is another. But disc? Get yourself a 29er and leave the streets to the big boys.

dear the general ignorant community of my fixed gear, riding a fixed gear mountain bike is great way to train for a race or just have fun. Have any of you ever road one before?? hmmm. Go give it a try. It increases stamina, and come time to ride a bike with a cassette, it seems like a breeze.
and to Luft, “Get yourself a 29er and leave the streets to the big boys.” that is the dumbest thing I think I have ever heard, besides all your other comments. I would like to see you ride a ride a fixed gear MTB. Im sorry riding a fixie in the streets doesn’t even compare to riding one on a trail, if you do that, then you are a “big boy”
If the bike is a fixed gear, which you are riding on the trail, two brakes is complete necessary!
ok, have a nice day, and remember, before you open your mouth, make sure you have some clue what your talking about…Luft…..

WHAT A BUNCH OF DICKS ON HERE. EVERYONE IS ALL SERIOUS. IT’S A BIKE, EITHER YOU DIG IT OR YOU DON’T, WHO FLIPPIN’ CARES…..
May 23rd, 2011 @3:31 pm
PERSONALLY, I LIKE SINGLE SPEED, AND FIXED GEAR I DO NOT GET. SIMPLICITY IS ONE OF MY FAVORITE THINGS, AND I LOVE THE STYLE OF FIXED GEAR BIKES BUT REALLY, IS IT REALLY ALL THAT AND A BAG OF CHIPS? SEEMS SILLY-
COASTER BRAKES RULE!
June 24th, 2011 @4:23 pm
I have been a long stalker of this forum and some personalities certainly stick out!
Luftmensh, I don’t know you personally, but please, you might know some stuff about bikes, and maybe you even talk a good game, but you have just proved how little you know about riding fixed, the benefits of said riding and you clearly don’t understand that Kumai clearly knows what he is talking about. Stop being such a keyboard warrior and ride some different types of bikes.
The bike above is a single-speed mountain bike, which is fucking obvious from the photo, and its a great and high spec build at that. It is clearly not meant to be raced around the streets, in the same vein that the fixed road/track bikes many of us ride aren’t meant to be ridden down a mountain.
Luftmensh, find about what you are talking about, and read the posts submitted by “dovitsky” and “kumai” and ‘leave the streets’ to people that know what they are on about.
Tirade over, and apologies, your probably a nice guy, but your a twat to a lot of people.
Love the photos ng, hope your all well!
