My fist fixie conversion.
I converted my Nishiki Silhouette using bits and bobs from eBay on the smallest possible budget. (ended up under £100)
Cogs are 48/17, seems just right for riding to work everyday.

its cool, i dig.
one thing i would change is the grips tho….the brown kind of dosn’t go with everything else….black grips would look better IMO…cool frame though!
