Hi Mrold. Good to see you recycling and all. Looks like you are off to a nice start. But it really needs some work.
Those are the wrong levers for your flat bars. Can you even reach them properly.
Next, get grips. This is far from being a hipster bike, and bare bars is one hipster trend you don’t want to pick up.
Maybe get rid of the frankenbrake on the back. That thing must weigh two kilos!
Time for a new chainring. That one is worn out…
Lastly, foot retention. I rode fixed for about a year without it before I wised up.
Everything else will come down to aesthetic choice.

The pedals are stuck to the crankset, so.. i’m gonna have to change it all when i can afford it 
The levers are actually recycled from the old handlebars
Sloman, are you refering to the lock? lol you’re right, i gotta get rid of it
