I was loving it until “This is a MAN’s bike, not a HOMO’s bike.” Fuck off with your Barney Rubble homophobics. Run back to mommy or the Home Depot and learn some manners
July 25th, 2010 @6:24 am
Agreed Fab, I was rolling until the stupidity came in. It was built by guys at home depot though so I can’t say I’m surprised.

do yourself a favor and burn this piece of shit, while you’re at it shove some charcoal up your ass. maybe if you’re lucky someday you’ll shit out a diamond

I’m a “Homo” and so are you. – - Homosapien (noun) The modern species of humans, the only extant species of the primate family Hominidae. Is this the homo you mean? Or are you as they say “projecting” your suppressed homosexual desires?…possibly for the gentlemen who helped you build this. It’s 2010. In case you haven’t heard, homosexuals are generally accepted as normal people….at least among the educated and intelligent. This is the perfect bike for you…it fits your mentality and place in time.

BA-ZING!!! Take it to ‘em NG!
July 25th, 2010 @1:34 pm
The lack of sophistication of your bike is only exceeded by the embarrassingly lack sophistication and intelligence of your comments. You are obviously a hopelessly stupid individual. Thanks for sharing LOSER.
July 25th, 2010 @7:23 pm
This is a 10 ………….. do we have to love everyone and everyting everyone does. Good joke I like it.

woeh…jees he posted it as a joke Im guessing, maybe he wasnt thinking about what he was writing but I was thinking the comments would have been a little more lite hearted as I think he was joking about what he wrote like how i was joking about barnie rubble?…who would have thought…maybe “your an idiot” or “you mustnt be into bikes, dipshit”maybe I can only see the harmless fun in posting it,but now I know not to post my rocking horse with the DH riser bars on it,Im joking of couse

comments like that ,casually slipped into the mix,are the problem when they are dismissed with”only a joke”-followed by “you’re not cool ebough to get it”or “that’s not what it means “.only a little dig true but craters start small.better not to start the hole.

So it’s okay to make offensive jokes as long as we know they’re offensive and stand by the decision we made?
July 26th, 2010 @10:11 am
if you think anything that is hurtful to others is “humorous” seek help.We all slipup once in a while but shouldn’t be proud of it.

I’m picturing a bunch of guys with a lot of cheap, warm beer in a creepy shed…a dart board(two darts missing), dirty tank tops… not a stick of deodorant for miles, some missing teeth and maybe even a banjo playing in the background….and at least one car on cinder blocks.. Probably givin each other “titty twisters”..calling each other queer and wrestling in the grass that hasn’t been cut in 8 months.

Nice ride, ready for the Tour de Forest .
July 26th, 2010 @1:05 pm
Respect towards the comments,as for the….bike, apart from the seat I think its well crafted,I wouldnt be able to make anything as good as this, the closest I would get is an actual log with two paper plate wheels pinned to it
July 26th, 2010 @6:41 pm
Save a tree yo!
July 27th, 2010 @10:28 am
There’s nothing proud about offending others.
July 27th, 2010 @10:49 am
This pile of shit would have been really funny if you had just left out the homo part. And now that I think about it….it doesn’t even make sense. What about this bike even hints in the direction of homosexuality? If it was painted in rainbow colors or there was a rider pictured in some sort of kinky sex shop leather get-up or something I’d understand the joke….sort of… Please resubmit after the termites have at it.

Waste of a birdbath.
July 28th, 2010 @7:31 pm
i preface this w/ that fact that i hang w/ gay guys all the time they always get discounts @ the best shops/can get in to clubs w/o waiting in line/and know super hot girls that they have no intrest in banging in a word they are awesome. i also use “gay” and “homo” all the time in a tongue in cheek way. gay meaning “corny” homo meaning “soft or scared”. i use them w/ no malice toward homosexuals but this post and some other things have made me rethink my behaviour and i will no longer use those slurs. freshhers is all about equality. bitches.
July 28th, 2010 @7:38 pm
bitches instead of cheers ? OK But what about gay bitches ?
July 28th, 2010 @7:48 pm
meant as a joke guessing you’re not a dave chappelle fan wsb. if you mean lesbians and i hope not, i love them.
July 28th, 2010 @8:03 pm
Don’t know Chappelle only Spokely. What about Richard Pryor and other comics and choice of names ? Jokes are mostly ok it is hard to be correct all the time. Even Jessie Jackson slips up .
July 28th, 2010 @10:23 pm
sup i remember the “corny” use of gay in the 90′s and used it frequently, everyone i knew did.
hey woody, richard pryor is to eddie murphy, eddie murphy to chris rock, chris rock to dave chapelle? he likes to make a lot of jokes around cursing, drugs and sex.
this bike is still so so horrible. it’s the cromagnon version of a child’s bicycle.
July 28th, 2010 @11:33 pm
luft i think you over simplified dave chappelle’s humor he has an certain insight on race, politics, and socio-economics that is closer to richard pryor than murphy or rock in my opinion. i liken him more to george carlin in many ways. one of his mentors is paul mooney a contemporary of pryor and carlin he was “negrodamus” on the chappelle show. he has the same wry, smart, and biting commetary on society. saying his humor is about sex, drugs and cursingt is like calling haring or basquiat’s art simply graffitti.
July 28th, 2010 @11:37 pm
i’m thinking this was posted as a joke using a found pic. this looks like something you see in the 3rd world built from ingenuity and out of necessity
July 29th, 2010 @5:32 am
George Carlin was great. Also Sid Caeasr. Comics are not as civil as previously. And I am not as civil as my dad was etc.
July 29th, 2010 @8:37 am
let’s ignore this thread and see if it goes away shall we.

Agreed with freshher. Dave Chappelle’s comedy is so much deeper than most people would think. I think the last season of the chapplle show left on the wrong foot because of how much influence comedy central was having in his skits. If you go back and watch old chappelle stand up and the first season of his show, its touching on taboo topics yes, but its addressing them in a satiric and ironic way. I’m glad he walked away from comedy central, I think it took a lot of integrity to turn down all of that money for doing what was right. And you saw that right after he left they just went out and got someone else of a minority race to do their shitty racist self deprecating jokes (calos menceia (bitch)). http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wj1D_kDUbic
His inside the actor’s studio interview is definitely worth a watch.
