Sweet B43 stickers, really matches well with the overstated leader decal.

does this bike have two chains?

Really jimmy? Your one of those people who love to talk trash about Leader’s? B43′s are also great wheels. You are yet another person I must add to the hater list… I wonder what kind of bike setup you have.

joseph…u have a nice leader setup..those pep just living in the rural area..they have no idea about the modern taste …peace all

You’re a person who bought a cookie cutter frame, which I happen to like, and slapped on a set of red b43s to make your custom bike. Furthermore, are you still deciding on a comfortable bar height or is excess the theme? Your front door is awesome and if you trim the rim stickers, the fork and your ego the bike can be too. YEAHLLL!!

These wonky Leader builds just keep making mine look that much better. Thanks!

Aren’t all frames cookie cutters? Do you you have a custom built one of a kind frame that was measured to your body specifically? B43′s are great & it’s a strong wheel for everyday urban riding. The bar height is comfortable & nothing to do trying to be cool or fit a “theme”. Trimming stickers is personal & the fork is really good. My ego is fine but I question yours. Why would I not retort? Just funny how people enjoy bashing others. Great job!!! lol

Allow me to get involved, if I may. Quality aside, there’s no arguing the irrefutable fact that Leaders and B43′s are a dime a dozen. There’s no originality here. Also, B43 are notorious for being heavy. But, I will throw in the ole: as long as you like it, that’s all that matters.

We keep our trash cans under the sink in the kitchen and bathroom, but it’s always been a dream of mine to have a big one on the front porch.

Whats the deal with all these black leader frames with red wheels?
August 8th, 2011 @6:57 am
Easy guys… its only the internet! Anyway, red seatpost and red chain for me, just to complete the matchy theme. Have a nice day.

Whoa,me defending a Leader? Well I don’t see anything really wrong here, color choices being a personal pref thing. Yes those wheels are heavy-but strong which is what counts. And black Leaders are very popular. Why? Maybe because they are good rides and affordable(almost). Why are chrome Pistas a dime a dozen? Same reasons. Leader looks don’t appeal to me but your milage may vary. But their quality has improved vastly and they’re getting a rep on tracks as a good solid fast ride. Add drops and paint the wheels black and I would ride this-maybe.

how’s that thick slick working out? i burned through mine in 2 weeks.

Rub the infection out of the post and paint the clamp.

nothing wrong with leaders or b43s. lots of people have them, but thats fine whatever.
however the build is kind of “meh” to me. having matching red wheels but different tires looks off to me. i would opt for matching tires. balance the build visually better. gold? chain looks off as well. dosn’t belong. is it silver and just looks gold? either way, gold or silver, dosn’t belong….nothing else gold or silver. black chain would be pretty awesome.
saddle being slammed forward and short stem makes it look like the frame is too big for you. also that saddle is kind of ugly. a turbo would look good in place. never have been a fan of risers but thats just me.
there, that is my honest criticism. dont mistake it for hating.

I just literally built the bike, that’s the reason the seat is forward and seat post is low. I adjusted them both. I like the different color tires. As for the chain, I will get a black chain, just busy riding. I also plan on ordering the deda pista drops. Just risers for the first time and I don’t feel like using my track bullhorns. Wanted to try something new. Thanks for the honest criticism, it is greatly appreciated illdthedj…

word, enjoy riding it

The thickslick is great. I had one on my last bike and it lasted a long ass time. More than 2 weeks, lol. It lasted at least a few months…
