Sorry buddy, you are about to experience the ugly side of the Internet. The hate’s a comin’. At least you’ve already experienced the ugly side of bikes, so you are well practiced.
I also like the way you’ve gone against convention and said, “Fuck it. The guys who designed these grips have no idea what they are doing. The hole is on the wrong end. Never mind, I’ll just cut it where it should be.”
also the seat looks a little high. i suggest you lower it and point the seat up more like ill said. and maybe turn the bars around to make them bullhorns. also get camo top tube bad it would look really cool
So why didn’t you tell us about you brother so we could be all nicey-nicey instead of honest. Best to your brother and hope-prayers to all in similar straits. PC is not spoken here so when in Rome——.
If you didn’t want honest criticism you should have said this was for a terminal patient. That said, this bike would be better than no bike for a kid. Not my choice though.
If you really were a friend or “bro” or whatever -you wouldn’t let him ride around on this nightmare, mistake. Do him a solid and either help him fix this thing or build him a proper bike. In the meantime try and have a sense of humor. Life is too short.
ok looks, i actually think it has potential
1. sure visps are shit and all, but hey they arnt the worst looking frames in the world.
2. if you correctly adjust the seat post and bars also might help
3. take a better shot
4. put some track grips or tape on instead of the oury, dont really suit the drops.
but anyway man sorry to hear about your bro hope hes doing well, and i think that people need to lighten up on this site, we are all fixed riders and we should respect each other for it, its the roadies who should be being abused!
guessing that’s a vertical drop in the rear (?)…if not, the whole idea for that notch in the bottom of the seat tube is to make way for the wheel to fit in there. Pull the rear wheel closer to the seat tube.

Thick fork, 0 degree stem, black risers, silver crank, black saddle, two straps and you will have saved this build.
