move that rear wheel up before you find out about “drop out”.Seat can’t be too comfortable at that angle either.

Antique! Get that rear wheel under the saddle. It’s a pista. Send that saddle to the junk heap. Polish that head badge and advertise. Crank ,Bar, Stem excellent.
