This bike is built on the track frame and it comes from USSR of the 80ies. I got this remarkable frame by chance, but I had to recolor and rename it:) The name was ‘Kvant’, nowadays it’s called ‘Kvant Awesome’.

Awesome!!! I love it! Grey color looks super together with this brown leather!

Hellz yeah!

Wonderful, very clean build, it’s one of the first builds I’ve seen where a Brooks saddle actually looks good!

This is a bit neutral but very nice and minimal. Doesn’t red belong on there? I’m joking.
@bad idea: Are you serious? You probably just like the Brooks Swift better and don’t yet realize it.

Haha from the USSR? don’t be surprised when the frame snaps in two due to awful build quality

Absolutely lovely – one of the nicest bikes I have seen on here. I didn’t know they made such nice frames in the USSR. Great touch up job. Full points.

this is awesome, proof that the ussr was useful for at least one thing…

@bad idea – the “first build that you have seen where a brooks saddle looks good”? Are you on crack?
August 21st, 2010 @10:33 pm
I’m not convinced that crack alone could alter a person’s perception of Brooks saddles in such a way…someone’s been experimenting with harsh, reality-shattering hallucinogens.

Nice and clean… actually dig the brown saddle/tape combo for once too… An authentic Soviet frame is even sicker though. Looks fast as well.

Yes, like it. I want that stem.
August 23rd, 2010 @6:27 am
The frame is probably radioactive or tubing from some nuclear sub they scrapped out. lol. Cool ride and nice color combo.

@fabfive & punchblade: No offense indented, I was overstating my opinion with regards to Brooks saddles.
I guess that I’ve seen too many uber high tech builds that include a hulking great big spring laden Brooks saddle attached, too my eyes they look incongruous in that context.
After looking at the Brooks swift saddle, I will admit I’m wrong, it’s a good looking saddle.

“like all the other douches on here and sit at home in your grandmas basement jerking off to bikes instead of having a real life !”
Seems kind of funny to me that you spent time leaving comments on here right after you said we’re all a waste of time. I guess you’ve got a lot goin on. You should think before you open your mouth…made you sound pretty stupid. Cheers.

Very nice!
I dunno if I could ride that geometry even if it was my size, but still nice ride!
November 2nd, 2010 @6:38 pm
Wow whoever rides this frame is probably sterile by now (with that shocking seat / bars angle combination) looks great though!
February 19th, 2011 @12:49 am
Woow .. That’s a serious stem drop angle …
February 19th, 2011 @7:31 am
Matching saddle, bar tape and toe straps just makes me happy…especially when its honey leather. Amazing bicycle. You will be getting a thumbs up from me if I ever see you one there street.
