sex doesn’t determine worth or good/bad. Cards in spokes would be shit no matter what. Rest of build looks OK though the wheel/tire combo isn’t my taste-but it ain’t my ride.

That’s sexist and degrading, hairmetal. This doesn’t strike me as feminine in any way. But the wheels and spoke cards don’t work at all. Black tires would be an improvement, but not much. And please get some foot retention if not a brake.
