This fixie started his life in the early 80′s as a Gazelle Sprint Racer. I repainted the Reynolds 531 frame and fork and the riserbar aswell in a vintage look colour. I equipped the riserbar with Brooks handlebartape (unfortunataly a bit darker than the Selle saddle) . The KMC Z1RB chain driven gear ratio of 44-17 is for me the right combination for urban use. My first fixie project worked out very good I think.

Not a fan of the painted stem. Is that masking tape on Brooks bar tape? You should start at the middle and plug the tape in the bars. That’s what I’ve done. Brooks saddle would match tape. Looks good from what I can see, which is little and blurry. Nice pistachio tho. Good first build headed in the right direction.
