i….sort of like it. nothing flashy. that saddle is kind of ugly tho. i would throw a leveled turbo on it and ride it all day

I have a saddle coming in the mail soon. I’m also hoping to improve stem…I don’t like how chunky it looks. It’s a fun ride except for that! I don’t think I’ll ever own a non-fixed gear.

Hey man, looks good! I’ve got a freespirit as well and was considering changing it over to a fixed. Did you change your fork, or did you just paint it? Again, nice work!

I also have this same bike and am converting it to a fixed gear. What did you do about the bottom bracket. I have a crankset that has a square taper so i need to replace the bottom bracket or can i just replace the spindle?

The fork was changed. I replace the bottom bracket as well since they were cottered cranks (A pain to get off too!) The bike looks much better now…I plan on resubmitting once Spring comes around.
