I agree with “clean and classy”, but what are tark and OOz? These don’t seem to me like words of the English language.

If you noticed, in the urban dictionary, tark bike can be a conversion or track bike. As the economy goes, older parts scavaged from discarded stock start to look good, or older comes around into style again. This bike is a perfect example. Will take the point in spelling of ooz (ooze). In the land of OZ oozing is considered a luxury.
