Why the chain tensioner? Just curious. It looks like the drop outs are horizontal so personally i wouldve just done a free wheel and a half link chain to get the exact length

the frame is slightly bent at the back and I change the ring for a bigger …. maybe 44t

Yeah really…you don’t have vertical dropouts. You don’t need a chain tensioner, you need a chain breaker.
