I was about to say something about how people spend a ton of money on a bike but don’t put breaks on it (which I don’t really understand), but then I saw the coster break arm. I definitely like this bike now. The coaster break is a really cool way to keep the clean look of the bike without sacrificing safety (and common sense).
This is quite possibly my favorite bike on the site. I love the saddle and bars. I want to equip my ride with a coaster brake so badly. Totally inspirational!!
I do really like this bike – although I do have a few little lame things – like if those grips are as plasticky as they look, a matching set of Brooks grips may do you better (if they are leather my bad), and I am not a huge fan of the fork (but could easily live with it. I also think that no matter how comfy those Brooks city saddles are its a pity to add extra hardware to such a clean and tidy build. I have a soft spot for mustache bars with leather grips or tape so you are nailing me there. Very cool and worthy of ALL the praise its gotten. I may never understand how does something with 15 comments get 377 votes, but thats just me. Another really nice build Jason
