lipstick on a pig.why waste parts and effort on a no-name conversion.save up for a real track end frame and just keep the conversijobs cheap and simple. real frames are down around 100 bucks and they don’t need trash in the spokes to look fast.

@ sloman : for unemployed man like me, this is the best that I got but still I’ll try to save my money. and not forget to tell that real track frame is very expensive here (Indonesia) because it’s imports. IMO spokecards are personal taste, besides I still can reach maxspeed more than 50 km/h with that thing
thx for the critics, slowman

Personal Comments ^^^..
match the white wheels and white tape.
i actually really like this frame set :].

@ Mauricio : I already change the rear wheelset (again) LOL, now using Vuelta (black) rims
hmmm, I think I wanna sell the frameset. It’s too “bigsize” for me, I should use 53-54 (said the bike-fitting web)

no dis meant just that we get spoiled here. Lots of nice parts here, good luck with the frame search.Ironic that you are closer to the source of the affordable frames(China,Tiawan)then us here in US.Cheers

@ sloman : nah that’s fine mate. besides, I’m more into vintage/oldskool frame than modern track frame LOL
btw I just sold the old wheelset (the white one) so,
here’s the new setup of my dailyfixed : http://farm6.static.flickr.com/5308/5814782294_5bb12bd5ef_b.jpg
should I submit it here too, dailyfixed part IV?! LOL

i like how it looks with the black wheel instead.
i would match up the the front with the back.
theres no need of machined front wheel if you dont have a front brake.
and about switching your frame its all about personal taste. it is a vintage, which you mentioned you liked.
If you decide to keep it, you should concider upgrading with a nice black/chromed crank set. maybe match the color of the bar tape with your saddle
murder it out leaving just the chromed stem, seat post and maybe crank.
AAAAH the beauty of a bike….

@mauricio : someday I’ll use front brake, I was saving my money for it now
and someday, this bike will be just like what mauricio said, the others will say “it’s the beauty of a bike”
but haters still gonna hate LOL
I just managed to make my bicycle’s frame into raw/strip paint.
I put a lot of hard work into it, a straight 3 hours of work, the final result :

now the frames need new colour, any idea?!
(maybe I’ll use it first about 2-3 weeks with its new paint, before I sell it and change into smaller size frame)

and I’ll change the bartape soon, maybe today. into black bartape, then I’ll change the saddle into black (because this white one had a little ripped part at its side & rear when I fell tryin to do “over the bar” skid LOL)
