Arrigato Sloman. I built this bike for fun and SPEED.
The Aerospoke makes all the diff on the very fast
20 miler I do down the breezy Silver Strand in Coronado, CA.

Cool. That’s a nice small chainring you’re running. 39? I’m running 42-17 and the hills are still a challenge.

Damn right Jonny. That headwind is brutal on the strand. We go south from downtown, then north up the strand.(sometimes I wonder why with that wind) A few beers on the island, then we take the boat. When that wind is on I’m glad to have my drop bars for sure. Cheers.

nice choice on the frame. been a fan of the surly steamroller. id flip the stem if you can and maybe get some different drops.
nice bike though
