Love those stripes!

Looks unfinished. Needs bar tape and plugs. I would like it much better with green tires and rims on both ends.

Thanks. Yeah I was thinking about bar tape and plugs, maybe some brooks leather? I have just added a brake to the rear as well so it adds more to it. As for the wheels I love the different rims hehe.

Slammed saddle, but all the way back? Is the bike too big or too small?
May 26th, 2011 @4:48 am
Not sure what you mean by that.

Acrid means that the saddle has no post showing, which indicates your bike is too big, and also that it is far back, indicating the bike is too small. A paradox if you like. Possibly you have midget legs and gibbon arms. That’s ok. We let anyone ride a bike.

yuk! I think primer gray looks unfinished and flat, no matter how shiny you make it or what you add on afterward. Trying to add 70s stripes to tie in all that mess of colors is a failure, imo. Granted, your components are actually better than many better looking bikes on here, but your eye for color and style is pretty bad.

actually I think thats a Battleship or gloss gray.I’m with you on flat primers but gloss gray can be interesting if used (or overused) monochromaticly(wheels, ect). aLthough eventually it just looks military surplus. Went that way on a curved tube 26″ cruiser and the older and more beat up it got the better it looked. even the seat was grey cloth.
