I like it. Colours are good and the whole bike is tidy. With reference to CSs comment about the saddle angle. I recently fitted some 1 1/8th threadless forks to a smallish ladies Globe frame. Owing to the length of the steerer tube, the bars have ended up being a little lower than ideal. Consequently I've had to dip the nose of the saddle to spare my gentlemans vegtables becoming puree'd when on the drops. It looks like the same could be happening here. There are advantages to the old style quill stems after all.

(Thanks Woody.) Braking on non machined isn't a big deal depending on color and finish. My black anodized rims don't really wear at all, but your white and blue, which im guessing are powder coated, will greatly suffer the consequences. If I were you I'd get a machined rim for the front. If I didn't get anodized that's what I'd have done. Cheers.

I'd like to see the front rim and tyre the same blue/black as the rear . Black chain and Saddle/ yellow is cool. Machined rims as CS points out would be good. Also enjoy the new positive True Mensh.

The look is fine with me as is. My concern would be the brakes on non-machined rims. It's going to eat away at the finish. It's fine if you're cool with that, but its going to start looking a bit ragged. Also be careful in the rain. I've heard about people riding non machined rims with brakes that are fine normally but when it rains it starts slipping the same way steel rims slip. Other than that and tilting the saddle back so its parallel with the ground and you're set.

I like Luft's suggestions almost as much as I like the new Luft (and that's saying a lot given how great it is to have DRAMA and a fall guy who gets people all worked up). A black saddle, silver chain and black tape would make this a much better ride. Colors aside it seems like a nice bike even if the fork could not be newer school.
