this might be a little late for kevin lee, but kilo’s have 1inch headtubes with 1inch threaded forks. so you just need a new headset and you can get your fork threaded or buy a new one. just did that to mine.

those white b43 rims make the bike. nice simple classic build. did the frame come threaded or did you have to make special adjustments. i got a mercier but it is threadless so I can`t get a nice classic quill stem like yours. great bike. enjoy.
