yes,and the rear wheel too.they look out of place on this frame as does the brake oddly.but keep the brake.

The black P-cept frames are my favorite. Give it to me and buy something that fits.

Bad camera angle, not feeling the bike either, and I love pistas. Ive got a chrome bianchi pista.
