February 22nd, 2011 @5:16 pm
Oh boy … you spent more than $1500 just for the wheels and yet the bike look ugly
February 22nd, 2011 @7:14 pm
OUCH ! talk about getting in the Groooooooooove.
February 22nd, 2011 @9:55 pm
are you sure rear rims is HED? it HED look a like in my eyes thou… 9cm deep carbon TAIWAN rims rite?
February 23rd, 2011 @12:06 am
Could this be… a bike that is actually ridin on the track? I sure hope so becasue if your riding this on the street you’ve went just SLIGHTLY overboard.
February 23rd, 2011 @12:52 am
serious track bike. it is a track bike right? something this ugly better be real fast.
February 23rd, 2011 @1:38 am
money can’t buy creativity or taste
February 23rd, 2011 @3:22 am
wouldnt have much confidence whip skidding that rear rim,i reckon i would just snap here in london
February 23rd, 2011 @6:25 am
wishful thinking.

Ouch…tough crowd. I like the frame…..it’s not typically my style, but there’s something about it. A lot of hate on this.. so I’ll say if this is how you like to roll then enjoy your bike and carry a very big lock.
@ mile. I ride a frame made in Taiwan. It’s buttery smooth and bulletproof. I love Taiwan.

like the frame/fork and the hed w/chub hub,not the rest, and not into it that much but it stirs some interest for a better build

February 24th, 2011 @12:29 am

February 24th, 2011 @12:10 pm
@scrod @your link, like it but hell thats kinda creepy
February 24th, 2011 @2:52 pm
Yeah dude, it’s totally creepy. I hate it!
February 24th, 2011 @3:07 pm
Gave me the heebie jeebies and maybe a bit of the willies!
February 24th, 2011 @5:10 pm
this is pretty bad. Frame’s nice and so are the wheels. They just don’t look right on a street bike.
February 24th, 2011 @7:40 pm
it would look so much better if you moved the hed to the front laced to some regular hub and lost the aerospoke then laced a h plus son to the chub in back.
and cut that seat tube down a little bit if you even can
February 25th, 2011 @11:04 am
Kind of cool. Keep it strickly on the track though. Something weird about the seat tube and seat post. Looks like it should have the brkt directly on the seat tube with a micro adjustment. Too fancy for me. @ NG, i agree I love taiwan. I lived there for 2 years in the late 70s and there were some great frame builders over there. You couldn’t swing a dead hipster without hitting a local builder.
February 25th, 2011 @2:52 pm
Haha “couldn’t swing a dead hipster…” Love it. Well Broom I’m jealous. I’ve never been there…but it looks gorgeous. And from what I’ve seen online looks like Taiwan has pretty kick ass surf too.
February 25th, 2011 @7:31 pm
@ Broom & ng – Don’t forget amazing food
February 27th, 2011 @2:27 pm
the bikes obviously not ridden on the track just look at the bike tire. stop saying this should be for “track only”
its his bike let him do as he wants
February 27th, 2011 @4:41 pm
*back tire
February 28th, 2011 @1:00 am
Luke,
It’s not like we’re holding this bike hostage and only letting him ride it on the track.. but just look at this thing. You could fucking kiss this thing good bye if you were riding it where I grew up. Even here in Japan where theft is almost non existant I would expect this thing to get jacked.
February 28th, 2011 @11:41 am
Iron Cross valve cap always wins.
March 3rd, 2011 @5:05 pm
anyone know why its taking so long for the bikes to be posted?
i submitted an update for my bike over a week ago and its still not up
March 3rd, 2011 @7:10 pm
Guy who operates the site must have died or something.
March 3rd, 2011 @7:10 pm
Well that’s WSB idea, I’m just rollin with it.
March 7th, 2011 @4:02 pm
This bike looks fucking horrible. Sell it and buy like 3 good looking bikes.
September 20th, 2011 @7:24 am
i think the bike has potential if the proper seat post along with some tape on those bars where present. those two issues however take away from the whole bike
April 17th, 2012 @10:20 pm
Im going to assume that you bought a frame that was too large for you, your seat post is way too low. The wheel set is nice, the frame is amazing but you obviously bought something that doesnt fit you. The kissena was definitely made for the track, i hope this is a track bike…
