Interesting frame. Stem looks horrible and so do the crankset. Chain looks a little to slack. I’d look into that. Overall not a horrible build. With a little guidance, it could look sick.
bike is kinda sloppy…but I like it. Lose the rim labels…we know what color they are, so it just makes you look stupid. Actually, I’d probably put the red tire on the black rim (and vise-versa) just because I don’t like wheels/tires all the same color.
There’s way too much going on here, where to begin? You should match the front wheel with the rear, get a smaller stem, a black crank, and a black chain. Four colors are too many.
Agree with JCog, switch the tires. Then remove the stickers helping you to learn your colors. And then get a chain of respectable neutrality. And then tighten it as if you knew how to tighten a chain. And then appreciate the miracle of horizontal dropouts. And then.

Is this frame a bad idea? Seems welding stressed tubes to middle untrianglated seat post would make it weak. But this chain would fall off first.

Your front wheel should say “herp” and your rear should say “derp”.
