This is my first single-speed conversion and I am pleased with the results. The frame is lugged 4130 steel and rides like a dream.

Needs more blue and less foot retention. Cool road frame.

agreed, blue overkill and shitty pedals. Also, Schwinn should have decided on english OR french…kinda cheezy to mix languages, especially on, what’s otherwise, a classy frame.

I agree with your comments on the pedals, and I’ve been thinking about getting rid of the blue deep V’s in favor of some H+Son TB14′s in silver. What do you think about adding white tires?
