…and lower the stem (bottom it out, imo)…and lose the unnecessary extra brake levers…and lose the kickstand….then, this could be a fairly cool super low budget convo. Only big issue I can see is the riveted (welded) dual-chainring.

Snug up the chain and the brake cable going to the rear brake. Keep us posted.

I see the axle is all the way back in the slot, need to break out the chain breaker to shorten and snug the chain .
