This is my first fixed gear project. Vintage 1970 Campania Sport frame. Brooks leather saddle, antique brown. VO leather bar tape. Schwalbe Durano Cream tire. Pake crankset, MKS Sylvan pedals.
Would like to hear your comments/suggestions on how to improve my ride.

Nice colors. Looks like a solid build. Grats on your 1st. If you don’t already love the Swift, you will.

another one that the wheels look small(making the frame look big and heavy). Any sources out there for new 27″ers? Still, nice build, enjoy

Yeah, I have an old Technium I put some 700c on and they looked too small for the frame. I went with original rebuilt 27 and filled up the frame better. Nice build, love the old school frames. Would look good with drops or level out the horns a bit.

Thanks for the feedback. I’m also a big fan of old school frames. I do agree, the wheels look a little small. I went with 700 wheels because nice 27″ wheels are not so common and couldn’t find 27″ cream tires.

It’s a nice looking ride, do you have any idea what the construction of the frame is?
Reynolds, 4130, Columbus, etc.?
Thank you
